Hutomo joined the Weihs group in October 2021. He completed his B.S in Material Science and Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia in April 2019. His senior design was about magnesium casting and corrosion testing in SBF solution. Currently, he is working on developing antimicrobial coatings on magnesium wires for preventing osteomyelitis.
