PreviousCongratulations to our seniors Evan Krumheuer and Travis Schmauss on graduating! Evan will continue with us as a Masters student and Travis will be starting graduate school at Northwestern next year. Good luck!

The Honorable Stephen Welby, the Assistant Secretary of Defense visits the Weihs lab and learned about the Controlled Microstructural Architecture and BioAgent Defeat projects. Dr. Allen Dalton, program manager for DTRA, also visited.

Mike Grapes, Kyle Overdeep, and Longyu Zhao leave group after successful Ph.D. careers. Mike is starting a post-doc at Lawrence Livermore National Lab, Kyle is starting a post-doc at Eglin Air Force Base, and Longyu has begun working for Amazon. We wish them the best!
